we were 7 people travelling (4 adults & 3 kids) and booked this hotels. it has recently changed the management & since i was aware of that detail, i thought of booking this hotel since i knew it had gone through a considerable renovation. The hotel is clean and beautiful. the rooms are very spacious and the bathroom is clean and big. we were on the top floor and ours was the duplex room. it had one of the best views of the mountain range and had a balcony big enough to accommodate 4 adults comfortably. We had the privilege of being hosted by the owner of the property Mr. Vikas Oberoi. They have a restaurant which is clean. Breakfast is simple yet delicious. Kitchen serves both veg and non veg items. the rooms have a heater and the blankets are electric which is good enough even in the most hostile winters. Night temperatures where -5 degree and the room was warm enough. My duplex room had 4 beds and 2 sofas and our stay was extremely comfortable and the experience was very pleasant. overall a nice property to book for friends and family!!!!!

We booked Oberoi Chandratal Regency from 24th Dec - 27th Dec for 2 families. we booked the Duplex room on the top floor along with food plan. The stay was extremely comfortable. The rooms are big. The service was prompt, food although simple was delicious and extremely edible. They have a huge restaurant right next to their front desk and the hotel was spic and span overall. The kids had a great time in the duplex room and they had all the space to run around and play while the elders had their own little personal time. Our room had a balcony big enough to accommodate a small family for a photo op or to have a cup of team with an amazing view of mountains covered in snow. The added advantage of the room was it gave a clear view of the rush on mall road. So it helped us to plan our excursion accordingly.

After reading my review you people will get to know why it is so..Summit chandertal hotel pathetic and worst hotel in each possible manner. From starting point reservation itself they don't have courteous staff who talk to their respective guests arrogantly.... actually i was trapped in their good reviews so i have booked 1 room there for two nights from yatra.com ...on online portals they make you believe that they will upgrade your room but beware guyzz it's a trap and nothing else after having availability for whole day and having worst initial experience still they don't even bother to show some kind gesture....no.. never...i don't know how this group is operating because their staff don't have any kind of politeness for guests.. hospitality is all about politeness,your sweet tone ...After checking in our room what we found a used shampoo box was kept in our room then i asked to their housekeeping boy what it this ? He told me some shampoo is remaining that's why we didn't replace it.... so you people can imagine how their hygiene system is in these covid times here i am also attaching some visuals of their rooms cleanliness and their hk boy with half empty bottle of shampoo even they don't have basic amenities like comb,dental kit, shaving kit, sleepers ,breakfast, wi-fi, if you ask them for tea, coffee supplies on your check out day their front office executive rohit told us that on check out day we don't give supplies...oh my god like literally...even they don't give you seal packed water bottles .. somehow we spared 2 days there because we already spent our money but on last day at the time of check out there was one food bill so rohit was at reception i asked him that for restaurant food instead of 5% tax ( as per govt of india norms) why you are charging 18%. Tax so what was his reply completely shocked me " apko to pese dene hi padenge aap kya 400-500 rupaye k liye ro rhe ho ," ( even i have video recording of him )this was not expected from a hotelier who was at reception at all... My stay was disgraceful & pathetic i will not recommend you to take this hotel rest is all your choice 🙏🙏

If you are reading this, go ahead for this hotel. This is the best budget hotel with all the luxury amenities and superb service. They also have heating mattress, hair dryer and good quality bathing products. The hotel is in prini and there are many cafes and restraunts nearby like pizza olive. 4km from mall road - hardly 10min drive. In covid situation, they have not started in house restraunt and will be commencing from 1st march.
